  1. The governing law for the resolution of disputes regarding this Policy shall be Japanese law. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is excluded.

Terms of Service

Chapter 1: Formation of Contract

The use of services provided by NINJA TOOL SERVICE (hereinafter referred to as "Party A") becomes valid upon the agreement of the purchaser (hereinafter referred to as "Party B"). The agreement is established when Party B applies for service usage to Party A and makes payment, and Party A provides the service.

Chapter 2: Subject Matter

This pertains to the license for the use of an automated trading tool and automated play tool via internet-based online server management. Upgrades will be provided in the event of any issues affecting functionality due to measures taken by the casino site.

Chapter 3: Changes to Terms

Changes to the terms may be made based on Article 548, Paragraph 4 of the Civil Code. The changes will become effective upon delivery from Party A's server.

Chapter 4: Payment Method and License Validity Period

Payments will be completed through a payment processing service, and the transaction fees will be borne by Party B. Upon payment confirmation, Party A will send installation instructions to Party B via email. The service will be usable once Party B has completed the installation and Party A has authenticated it from the management server.

The license validity period is one month, starting from the first day of use until 24:00 on the 30th day. If Party B does not request cancellation, the license will automatically renew. Party B understands that there may be server troubles and agrees to use the service under these conditions. In case of temporary unavailability due to any issues, if it is not usable for more than 24 hours, the license period will be extended by the number of days it was unavailable.

Chapter 6: Cancellation

Cooling-off is possible within 8 days of application. Party B must apply for cancellation via email to Party A, and the cancellation will be effective upon receipt. There will be no prorated refund of the usage fee for the month of cancellation. If the cancellation application takes time and the month changes, the usage fee will be refunded.

For recontracting, if there is no change in email address, the initial registration fee will be waived.

Chapter 7: Prohibited Actions

This tool can only be used in countries and regions where the use of online casinos is permitted for those over 18 years old. Use in prohibited countries and regions is considered a criminal act, and all responsibilities for violations of the terms lie with Party B.

All rights related to the tool, including copyright, belong to Party A. Disclosure to third parties regarding the services related to this tool is strictly prohibited. If Party B violates this, they must pay a penalty of 1,000,000 yen to Party A.

If any actions by Party B related to this service violate laws or disadvantage Party A, or if deemed inappropriate by other businesses, the service may be suspended. If unauthorized sharing or leakage of confidential information by someone other than Party B is confirmed, the service will be suspended, and Party B must pay 5,000,000 yen to Party A as lost profit and damages.

Chapter 8: Disclaimer

Party B understands that by using the services provided by Party A, they accept all risks related to account suspension, forfeiture of winnings, and any other potential issues. In any case of account suspension, loss, or server errors resulting in losses to Party B, Party A will not bear any responsibility due to the nature of the service.

Chapter 9: Expression of Intent

By applying for the tool, Party B agrees to the terms of use, privacy policy, and all other stipulations by pressing the confirmation button for each item. At that point, Party B is considered to have agreed to the contract.

Chapter 10: About the Service

If changes or discontinuation of the service are necessary due to various circumstances, Party A must notify Party B from the server.

Chapter 11: Handling of Personal Information

The handling of personal information will be governed by a separate "Privacy Policy."

Chapter 12: Law

This contract shall be governed by Japanese law.

Chapter 13: Jurisdiction

In the event of legal issues, the court with jurisdiction over the location of Party A's head office shall conduct the proceedings.
